Claude Dusabe is the current Scholarship Manager at CIYOTA, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong educational background. He holds a B.A. in International Relations with a minor in Psychology from United States International University Africa (USIU-A). Over the past six years, Claude has worked in various managerial roles, including Education Manager, Community Engagement Manager, and Human Resource Manager. His expertise spans fundraising, resource mobilization, basic computer skills, and counseling and guidance. Through his leadership, he has been instrumental in the growth of the HR department, managed resource mobilization efforts for the community department, and led key Mastercard Foundation projects, including the Innovation Grant, which supported refugee youth edupreneurs, and the Mastercard Foundation Management Grants 1 and 2 from 2020 to 2023.
Claude aspires to become a public policy expert advocating for effective community programs. He is known for his positive attitude, tireless energy, and ability to inspire and encourage his colleagues to work hard and achieve success. Motivated daily by his humanitarian work with disadvantaged children and youth, Claude is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the community. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer, reading books, and staying informed by watching the news.
