It is a critical time as we fix our eyes on North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo; a place marked by repetitive wars and a catastrophic humanitarian crisis. Families face displacement, hunger, and despair. Some children are smiling with hope, but the majority are crying, their eyes fixed on empty bags. No pens, no books, no food. For parents whose businesses and gardens were destroyed by war, school fees are a nightmare.
Our goal is to sponsor CIYOTA DRC students with scholastic materials and financial support. Every bag filled is a dream restored.
