Pre-Qualification of Service Providers

CIYOTA invites applications from qualified and experienced service providers for pre-qualification in the provision of various Goods, Services, and Works for the upcoming financial period.

1. Eligibility: Pre-qualification is open to all eligible suppliers and service providers with proven experience, capacity, and reliability to deliver the required goods, services, or works. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply, clearly indicating the category they wish to be considered for.

2. Existing Suppliers: Current suppliers who wish to continue working with CIYOTA are required to reapply and submit updated company information as specified in the pre-qualification document.

3. Evaluation: All submissions will be evaluated in line with CIYOTA's Procurement Policies and Procedures to ensure transparency, fairness, and value for money.

5. Submission of Applications: Applicants are required to hand-deliver their well-numbered and spiral-bound applications to either of the CIYOTA offices listed below:
