Moïse Nteziryayo Ndafite is the Community Engagement Manager at CIYOTA DRC, holding a Bac+5 in Economic Law from Goma University. With expertise in law, particularly in societal and economic laws, he has been instrumental in helping many youths in eastern DRC establish their own businesses. He has guided them in creating constitutions and bylaws, as well as facilitating their registration with the government.
Moïse's career includes working with the NGO Solidarité pour la Paix et le Développement (SPAD) in partnership with the Danish Refugee Council as a protection officer. In Masisi, he worked with youths involved in militia groups, providing training in International Humanitarian Law. Later, he served with the Forum d’Intervention pour Accompagnement Psychologique (FIAPS), where he managed juridical aspects, helping rape survivors by transferring cases to the courts. Moïse is passionate about promoting economic rights and social leadership, as well as advocating for non-violence and social entrepreneurship. His determination to defend the rights of marginalized individuals drives his work.
